1. About these terms

These Terms of Sale apply when you buy Dead Punk streetwear from Dead Labs ("we," "us") on decapination.xyz. They sit alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded. If you buy as a consumer outside Australia, the mandatory consumer protections of your country also apply.

2. Orders and payment

Your order is accepted when payment succeeds and we show you an order confirmation page. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.

You can check out as a guest. Your order page is protected by a private link that works as your access to the order; keep it private. Signed-in buyers can also open their orders while signed in.

We may cancel and fully refund an order if an item is unavailable, a pricing error is obvious, or we reasonably suspect fraud.

3. Prices and currency

Prices are set in Australian dollars (AUD). If you pay in another currency, Stripe converts the price at checkout at the rate shown before you pay; your bank may charge its own fees.

Where we are required to charge tax, it is included in or added to the price shown at checkout. Holder prices are available to signed-in buyers with a linked wallet holding a Decapination, verified at checkout.

4. Preorders

Preorder items are charged in full when you order. Each preorder shows an estimated ships-after date; items are printed after the preorder closes.

If a preorder does not reach its minimum quantity, we cancel it and refund every buyer in full automatically.

If we cannot ship your preorder within a reasonable time after the ships-after date, you may cancel for a full refund.

5. Shipping

We ship to the European Union, Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada, and many other countries. We do not ship to the United Kingdom, Mexico, South America, Africa, or sanctioned destinations. Items are produced in bulk after the preorder closes and fulfilled by our partner from Los Angeles. Shipping charged at checkout is standard service only for this drop, priced from our partner’s country and weight rates.

Expect about one month from preorder close to shipment (production then fulfilment). Delivery times after handoff to the carrier are estimates and are not guaranteed. Tracking may be added to your order page when available; automated carrier emails are not guaranteed on this fulfilment path.

Orders shipped outside the United States may attract import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. Unless those charges are collected at checkout, they are payable by the recipient.

Please check your shipping address before paying. If a parcel is returned because the address was incorrect, we will contact you about reshipping.

6. Returns, refunds and faulty items

Because each item is printed to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, including choosing the wrong size. Please check the size guide before ordering.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, not as described, or is the wrong item, email decapinationnft@gmail.com with your order reference and photos. We will arrange a replacement, repair or refund as required by law, and cover reasonable return shipping costs where a return is needed.

If your parcel is lost in transit on a bulk preorder run produced strictly to ordered quantities, we may be unable to reprint or replace it. Contact us with your order reference; we will work with the carrier and tell you what options remain.

7. Cancellations

You may ask to cancel an order for a full refund before it is submitted for printing by emailing decapinationnft@gmail.com with your order reference. Once an order is in production we cannot cancel it, but your rights in section 6 still apply.
